Home Renovation in North York

Most whole-home renovations in North York take 6-12 weeks, depending on home size and scope. Post-war bungalows being opened up structurally typically run at the longer end. Before starting, we provide a clear project schedule with defined phases and regular progress updates.

Most full home renovations in North York require a City of Toronto building permit - structural changes, new plumbing or electrical, and basement finishing all trigger the permit requirement. We handle every step: drawings, application, plan exam responses, and all required City of Toronto inspections.

Each project is scoped accordingly.
