Luxury Custom Home Interior Finishing in Etobicoke

Luxury custom finishing for an Etobicoke home

This Etobicoke luxury custom home finishing project delivered the final layer of refined craftsmanship that turns a constructed house into a finished home. The owners commissioned a high-end interior finish package built around natural-tone white oak herringbone flooring, a sculptural waterfall staircase, and a modern kitchen — each element selected to read together as a single coherent design rather than a collection of premium pieces.

Renovation highlights

We installed white oak herringbone flooring on every level of the house, with flush Aria floor vents and custom nosing milled from the same flooring stock so transitions disappear into the pattern. The centrepiece is a waterfall-style staircase, where the same herringbone runs continuously over the stair edge and down the riser instead of breaking at the nosing. The treads were stained and finished to match the floors exactly, then paired with a sleek matching handrail and modern wrought iron balusters for a striking but restrained focal point.

The finishing work extended through every visible surface of the home. A fully custom kitchen with bespoke cabinetry sits at the heart of the main floor, complemented by luxurious tile installations in the bathrooms, sleek matching baseboards, sophisticated lighting fixtures, and high-end interior paint across the entire interior. Each individual element is high quality on its own — together they produce a custom home where every detail has been considered against every other detail, and the overall effect is contemporary, cohesive, and built to last.
