The original room had a corner jacuzzi tub, a framed glass shower stall, beige patterned wallpaper, and a single vanity — functional, but visually stuck in an earlier era. The owners wanted a true five-piece layout that felt calm and high-end, with a clear separation between the wet zone and the rest of the room.

These photos follow the Mississauga condo bathroom from the original corner jacuzzi tub, framed glass shower, and dated wallpaper through the finished five-piece spa layout — the podium-mounted freestanding tub, walk-in shower, custom double vanity with two LED mirrors and a built-in linen closet, and a smart toilet.
Renovation highlights
The centrepiece of the renovation is a custom-built podium that connects the walk-in shower and a freestanding tub into one continuous spa area. The shower was finished with expert tile work, a custom recessed niche, upgraded plumbing fixtures — a round rainfall head plus a handheld on a slide bar — and careful waterproofing detailing built for long-term durability. Large-format marble-look porcelain runs across the walls, with a mosaic tile floor inside the wet zone for grip underfoot.
Along the opposite wall, a custom double vanity in light maple carries two undermount sinks, a quartz countertop, and two LED mirrors, with a built-in linen closet at the end for storage. A smart toilet, a heated towel rack, plumbing improvements, professional painting, and detailed finishing complete the space. The finished result is a modern five-piece condo bathroom that pairs everyday comfort with a high-end custom design.
