Full House Renovation in Toronto

About this Toronto full house renovation

This Toronto full house renovation took a complete, every-room approach to bringing the home up to a modern standard while keeping the original layout intact. The owners did not want to move walls — they wanted the home they already loved to feel current, durable, and consistent from front door to back bedroom. The renovation focused on finished surfaces — flooring, trim, staircase, painting, and kitchen — that touch every room and shape how the whole home reads.

We started with the floors. The existing flooring was removed and the subfloor inspected and reinforced where needed, then high-end engineered hardwood was installed continuously across the main living spaces, hallways, and bedrooms. Wide 7″ baseboards were installed throughout to suit the new floor scale, and the staircase was refinished with matching stain treatment, a new handrail, and updated balusters. The kitchen received a full resurfacing — cabinet faces, hardware, and a refreshed countertop — to update the look without the cost of a full gut.

Professional painting in soft, neutral tones was done throughout the entire home, including ceilings, trim, and doors. Because every room received the same flooring, baseboard, paint, and door treatment, the finished home reads as one coordinated project rather than a series of separate updates. The owners get a comprehensively renewed home that combines updated style with the practical durability of high-end materials, and the layout they already worked around stays exactly as it was.
