Renovation highlights
Throughout the condo, we installed new premium laminate flooring, completed full surface preparation, professional interior painting, and detailed finishing work, including new baseboards, trim, and upgraded interior finishes for a clean, cohesive appearance. The kitchen underwent a complete transformation, featuring custom cabinetry, new countertops, and a decorative custom tile backsplash that adds both texture and character to the space. The renovation also included new plumbing fixtures, upgraded lighting, additional electrical outlets where required, and modern finishes to create a kitchen that is both stylish and highly functional.
The bathroom was fully renovated with a modern walk-in shower featuring custom recessed niches, new floor and wall tile installation, a contemporary vanity, updated plumbing fixtures, toilet, shower system, mirrors, lighting, and accessories. Behind the finished surfaces, our team completed full waterproofing, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, moisture-resistant drywall installation, and careful preparation to ensure long-term durability and performance. We also upgraded the condo's lighting with new recessed pot lights throughout the living areas, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere while complementing the modern design aesthetic.
