Osoba Renos transformed this Oakville home with a modern home remodeling approach, replacing outdated parquet with Scandinavian-style engineered hardwood flooring to create a bright, spacious feel. The staircase renovation includes refinishing existing red oak stair treads & handrail, and installing wrought iron balusters and wooden posts, making it a sophisticated focal point. The colonial baseboards were upgraded to 7-inch step bevel baseboards with matching shoe moulding, and we also installed matching style door & window casings for a cohesive, contemporary look. All interior doors and hardware were replaced, bringing a clean, contemporary style that perfectly complements the home’s new aesthetic. Additionally, breathtaking wainscoting was added to one of the walls, enhancing the elegance of the space.
